ICT outsourcing can be stated as 1 of the current trends for businesses about the globe to do their business processes. It is estimated that ICT outsourcing begins in the early 1990s where Kodak uses external companion to handle its ICT sources. As Kodak does not have the experience in ICT, they hire yet another company to assist them manage the ICT resources.
